Williamsburg. It is a 5 minute drive to Busch Gardens Williamsburg,
Colonial Williamsburg, and Water Country USA. It is a 5 minute
drive to "The Marquise" which is Williamsburg's newest shopping
Mall, and a short drive to "Great WolF Lodge," Williamsburg's year
round indoor water park. This home is also close to the grocery
store, shopping, dinning, Rte. 199, and the interestate.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our home's large front porch
and landscaped yard that is certainly big enough to enjoy all of
Wiliamsburg's seasons. Inside you will find hardwood floors
throughout the home with inviting furnishings (updated photos with
new furnishings are coming). The living room features a wood burning
fire place and large windows that fill the home with natural light.
The kitchen has all new appliances, granite counters, and ceramic
tile floors. There are 3 large bedrooms with Queen sized beds
downstairs, and a large bedroom with 3 single beds upstairs. The
downstairs bath features marble tile with all new plumbing and
lighting fixtures. The upstairs bath features a walk-in tile shower
and all new fixtures. Off the kitchen you will have a heated and
cooled sunroom with washer and dryer. This room leads to the deck
which provides access to the large front and back yard.
The home has 3 televisions and a DVD player. One TV is in the master
bedroom, one in the living room, and one in the upstairs bedroom.

The home has an excellent location close to everything in
Williamsburg. It is also clos to Colonial Parkway, which has many
beaches including College Creek Beach and Yorktown Beach. We can
also arrange for Busch Gardens, Water Country, and Great Wolf Lodge
tickets to be ready when you arrive in Williamsurg. We can also
assist you with airline flights and rental cars. We can also arrange
access to a nearby community pool and recreational area.

There are numerouse activities in Williamsburg. There are more than
20 golf courses, plenty of areas for fishing and water sports, lots
of shopping and dinning, and of course the amusement parks. We have
the Outlet Malls, The Williamsbur Pottery, The Marquise, NewTown,
High Street, the "Golden Strip" on Richmond Road, Duke of Gloucester
Streed (a.k.a. DOG street) and many other areas for shopping and
entertainment.Busch Gardens Opens March 21 and is open through October and features "HALLOWSCREAM"
during the months of September and October. In December, Colonial Williamsburg has its famous GRAND
ILLUMINATION and wonderous Fireworks display. THere are also many Christmas Shopping Specials
during the months of November and December at the Prime Outlets, Pottery, and Williamsburg Outlet
Mall. We live in the area and are happy to answer any of
