MBYC 2 Bedroom Treasure in Madeira Beach

Bring your family or friends and stay in this spacious ground floor unit. This is your home away
from home, with everything you will want or need. The unit has been totally renovated with quality
workmanship, granite in bathes and kitchen, and tiled floors in the living room and kitchen. The
kitchen is fully stocked, but to enjoy the weather, BBQ on the gas grill, just steps outside your
door. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen. The sofa makes
into a bed as well, for those that need the space. Enjoy the weather from the open air porch, or
move inside to the other porch, which is screened with vinly windows for all year pleasure. After a
day at the beach or pool, use the full sized washer and dryer to get ready for the next day. One
bathroom has a tub shower comination, and other has a large walkin shower. Whatever your needs,
this unit has it!

The Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a very large complex with all the amenities to make your vacation
memorable. There are 2 heated pools with lounge chairs, jacuzzi, exercise room, billiard room,
sauna, and fishing docks. The complex is located on the intercoastal waterway, with many common
sitting areas and walkways throughout. Fish from the piers, or just enjoy the scenery and the
dolphins that play in the bay. There is generous parking, is gated and secured, and requires a
keycard for vehicle entrance. Bring your personal items, but leave the rest behind! Everything is
provided with the unit, beach chairs, beach towels, and all linens etc.

Madeira Beach Yacht Club is located in the heart of Madeira Beach. Across the street is a
recreational complex, playground and park. Within a block are the library, grocery store, pharmacy,
beach store, post office, gas station, putt putt golf, and a number of restaurants. Across Gulf
BLVD is the public beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The beach trolley can take you anywhere on the
barrier island. Visit historic John's Pass, with many more activities. You can rent jet skis, go
on a pirate cruise, dolphin watch cruise, parasail, charter fishing boats, or enjoy the numerous
specialty shops and restaurants. The county has a great variety of sporting events, festivals, and
unique areas to be explored.
