Beach Retreat. Perched on a hill overlooking world famous Rincon
Beach, in a quiet enclave of tropical landscaping, this spectacular
home offers a delightful respite from the ordinary. With fine
furnishings, upscale amenities and a remarkable attention to detail,
this beautiful home provides all the luxuries of a resort in the
peaceful setting of a retreat. This unique property is perfect for
family gatherings and groups of friends.

An abundant variety of activities are available just outside your
front door. Bikers will be delighted with the road to Ojai through
Lake Casitas, with beautiful scenery stretching for miles. Surfers
will find themselves in paradise, with legendary Rincon Beach just
minutes away, a destination for generations of world-class wave
enthusiasts. Or simply decide to spend the day lounging by the pool,
soaking in the spa, or taking in the view. This stunning property
offers something for every guest. 

A flagstone path leads to the main house, newly remodeled with rich
hardwood floors and fresh paint. The great room provides the primary
living space for the main house. With high ceilings and an abundance
of windows, this bright, airy room is a delightful environment to
share time with friends and family. The gourmet kitchen will surpass
the expectations of any cook, with Viking appliances, dual sinks,
custom cabinetry, beautiful tile work, and a large island enabling
groups to enjoy cooking, eating and lounging together. A large plasma
television, surround sound stereo system, and wood burning fireplace
provide ample entertainment.

The master bedroom is slightly raised and very private, with a
delightful ensuite bath. Two bedrooms on the lower level have a jack
and jill bath, both with doors leading out to the backyard area. From
these rooms the media room is easily accessible. With a large
entertainment system, DVD collection, foosball table and games, the
media room creates a fun space for adults and kids alike. A futon and
sleeping sofa provides extra sleeping space as well.

Just a few yards away lies our one bedroom guest house, with its own
bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities. This charming cottage offers
its own independent space perfect for extended family members, nannies
and guests. A large outdoor deck provides an ideal eating and
lounging area close to the outdoor gas grill. The pool and grotto is
surrounded by tropical landscaping; the rockwork and waterfall
creating a setting similar to a Hawaiian paradise. On over 1 ¾ acres,
this incredible property is a truly a paradise in itself.
