Just 3 blocks from the city beach and park! Take a short stroll to many of the downtown activities and events. This home is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods, the historic "Fort Grounds". This quaint house was built in 1910 and has many charming updates throughout. It is a very clean and comfortable 2,200 sq. feet of home away from home, offering all of the amenities. The master bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and private bathroom with a walk in shower. A larger bedroom upstairs offers two queen mattresses side by side, and the third smaller room is a non-conforming sleep area with a twin bed. These two upstairs bedrooms offer great sleeping arrangements for close friends and family. On the main floor is a full bathroom with claw foot tub and shower, and a nice queen sofa sleeper in the living area with plenty of room for everyone to be together in one house. And don't forget warm summer evenings in the darling back courtyard for barbeques and relaxation. This house also includes a separate detached guest cottage that can be added for larger groups or used separately for smaller parties. It has been recently updated with new paint, carpet, and stainless steal appliances. It has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a stack washer/dryer. An additional bonus area with a twin bed, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area make room for more. The guesthouse has its own private barbeque area and patio set as well.
house rental amenities
Both houses have fully equipped kitchens for all your cooking and dining needs. Seperate barbeque and patio areas for relaxing outdoors. Great supply of bath linens, and 650 thread count sheets. The guest cottage is great for smaller groups, and anyone prefering one level. It has been more recently updated and offers a few more modern surroundings. Individual experiences, and both very clean and spacious. They are detached and share one property, but have completely separate entrances and outdoor areas.
