Quietly nestled off of the primary access road to Seven Springs Resort, this very private lodge is conveniently located approximately 8 minutes from Seven Springs Resort and 10 minutes from Hidden Valley Resort.  During the summer enjoy all the activities of Idlewild Park & Soakzone, located 30 minutes from our lodge through Historic Ligonier Town.  This sleepy one-of-a-kind 4 bedroom exquisitely appointed lodge on 6 acres sleeps 16 comfortably.  There is direct access onto the beginning of the 7-mile long I.C.V. biking/walking/cross-country ski trail and the property has streamside access to Indian Creek trout stream and a swimming hole, with an aura of exclusive privacy. This completely remodeled 2,400 square foot single level house was originally built in the 1940s as a church lodge and features finished wood floors, 2 baths, country style kitchen, cathedral ceilings, loft, large open hearth fireplace and 55'x 25' greatroom with 3 gathering areas to read, play games, and watch the 55" LCD TV.

MBR contains one queen size Hickory Stick bed, BR2 has two full reclaimed barnwood style beds, BR3 has two rustic red pine full beds, and BR 4 has two rustic red pine twin over full bunk beds.  Piano, cable, telephone, wireless internet, dishwasher, microwave, stocked kitchen, indoor ski equipment storage,  central air conditioning, outdoor gas grill, fire pit...

• All New Rustic Red Cedar, Reclaimed Barnwood & Hickory Bedroom Furniture (MBR - Queen, BR#2 - 2 Doubles, BR#3 - 2 Doubles, BR#4 - 2 single over double bunk beds. All bedrooms completely redecorated.
• Interior of Great Room just resided with knotty pine and being redecorated with new carpets and furniture.
• New kitchen cabinets, countertops & appliances installed.
• Upper loft to be converted into a 5th Bedroom

Ball field, streamside access to trout fishing on Indian Creek & Roaring Run and a swimming hole (stream regularly stocked April to July), large front porch, immediate access to 20 miles of Hike & Bike Trail for cross country skiing/biking/hiking, three golf courses and batting cages and mini-cart race track and swimming and fine and casual dining within 5 minutes of the lodge, summer theater play houses within 30 minutes of the lodge.
