Constructed on the primary access road to Seven Springs Resort, 1.6 miles, this sleepy one-of-a-kind 4 bedroom exquisitely appointed lodge on 6 acres sleeps up to 10 and combines direct access onto I.C.V. biking/walking/cross-country ski trail and streamside access to Indian Creek trout stream, with an aura of exclusive privacy. This completely remodeled 2,400 square foot single level house was originally built in the 1940s as a church lodge and features finished wood floors, 2 baths, country style kitchen, cathedral ceilings, two lofts, large open hearth fireplace and 55'x 25' greatroom with 3 gathering areas to read, play games, watch T.V. One bedroom with Queen canopy bed, Two bedrooms with a twin and full bed in each, one bedroom with a bunk bed and two twin beds for the children, piano, cable, telephone, dishwasher, dryer, microwave, indoor ski equipment storage, pet friendly with fee and owner approval, central air conditioning, outdoor gas grill and fire pit.

Ball field, streamside access to trout fishing(stream regularly stocked April to July),large front
porch,immediate access to 20 miles of Hike & Bike Trail for cross country skiing/biking/hiking,
three golf courses and batting cages and mini-cart race track and swimming and fine and casual
dining within 15 minutes of the lodge, summer theater play houses within 30 minutes of the lodge,

Spring/Summer/Fall seasons(March 16 to Dec. 20): 4 days/3 nights Highest Offer acceptabe to owner, except labor day and memorial day holidays which are $1200.00.*

Winter season(Dec. 21 to March 13): 4 days/3 nights for 6 or less -$1200 and for more than 6 persons-$1400.00, except Dec. 24 to 29 which is $1800.00 for 4 days/3 nights and Dec 30 to Jan. 1 which is $2400.00.*

*Additional $85.00 cleaning fee for groups of more than 6 personsand/orwithan animal. All groups must post a deposit of $500.00. The deposit shall be used to repair damages during rental and forfeited if any guest or a guest’s invitee shall smoke inside the premises, possess or discharge a firearm or park/operate a motorized vehicle on porches or off of gravel covered areas or have animals on the premises not first approved by owner.
