magnificent home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms each with its own bath, all granite and top of the line 
fixtures including large jacuzzi tub in master.Large open and airy granite and stainless kitchen 
complete with built in Espresso machine and wine chiller. Living and dining  room have open floor 
plan that allows direct oceanview from every location and huge walkout balcony! Master suite looks 
direct out over the beach and sparkling water with private balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. 
This unit  also is equipped with flat screen TV's and state of the art electronics. Come enjoy this 
lovely unit that gives you that spa feeling while you take in the fresh sea air.

CANCELLATIONS:  Reservation prepayments will NOT be refunded unless the unit is re-rented for the 
same rental payment and time period reserved, and the cancellation must be 90 days PRIOR to 
arrival.  If refunded, Fun In The Sun Rentals Inc. will retain $100.00 plus 11% taxes for a service 
fee.

We strongly recommend that you purchase trip insurance for your protection.
