Seaside Villa in Jamaica

Seaside Villa is located in Treasure Beach , Jamaica "The South Coast" a place where you can kick back and relax "don't worry mon"! (April 20)

This elegant villa is located only steps from the beach and is ready to provide a unique Jamaican
seaside vacation experience.

The villa is quite spacious with seven bedrooms on two floors - each bedroom with an adjoining bath.
Rooms can be rented out individually (3 day minimum) or by the floor.
The first floor features four rooms. Bedrooms #1-3 have private patios. A fourth patio lies directly
behind the dining room and leads to the pool area.
The second floor has 3 rooms - Bedroom #1 features its own balcony. Additional balconies are found
adjacent to Bedroom #3 and the Living Room.
All the bedrooms have AC.

Seaside Villa features a shared kitchen and dining room on each floor. The villa is fully equipped
and furnished including satellite T.V. and DVD player. A small laundry room is also located on the
premises.
For those who want to take a break from the beach, the Seaside Villa features a beautifully designed
and landscaped pool with a covered sitting area available for the enjoyment of all guests.

There are several things to do including:
Fishing trip, for kids and adults
Day trip to Y.S. Falls, a beautiful 120-foot waterfall in the mountains
Black River and Pelican Bar boat trip, see crocodiles in the black river and have a drink at the
pelican bar out on the carribean sea
Appleton Rum Tour an inside look at the process of making rum plus tasting
Day trip to Mandeville for golf or site seeing
Day trip to Nigrel Beach for Golf, Margaritaville Bar, or to check out the beach.

Rates:  $85.00 per night/ bedroom.
