Gorgeous Beach and Bay Views - 5 Decks !!!! in Crystal Beach

New Construction, granite countertops, bamboo flooring throughout, and nicely decorated interior. The views are breathtaking!  You can see the beach or bay from every room in the house!  The house is 17 feet up in the air with decks all around except one side.  Very nice for watching the sunrise or sunset or laying out and soaking in the sun and just plain relaxing.   On the 1st landing going up the stairs it is covered decking and the breezes are wonderful there.  Nice padded lounge chairs there also to  enjoy the views of the beach.  Underneath the house are some hammocks and table and chairs.  There is an outside shower downstairs to wash off the sand.

Long walks on the beach you will come across lots of shells, and all kinds of birds and then cool off in the ocean.
Great Fishing - (No kidding -Me and some friends have caught a couple of 35 inch reds)  Plus the popular fishing spot called Rollover Pass is just 1 minute up the road.
A great place to get away from it all.
The beach is very beautiful with lots of shells and birds.  There is a grocery store about 7 minutes up the road and restaurants on the bay side.
