living area and master both open to a large ocean facing deck. 
 
The master bath is a luxury spa experience featuring a large multi 
head shower, sky light and double vanity.

Golf:  We are fortunate to be near some of the most challenging and 
beautiful courses in Southern California.  We recommend the Links at 
Monarch Beach located within the St Regis Resort. 
 
Other area golf courses include: Coyote Hills Golf Course, Oak Creek 
Golf Club, Pelican Hill Golf Club, San Juan Hills Golf Club, San 
Clemente Golf Course, Shorecliff Golf Course, Strawberry Farms Golf 
Course and Tustin Ranch Golf Club.   
 
Tennis:  Bring your racket and shoes and play to your hearts delight 
on the well maintained complex courts. 
 
Other activities nearby: 
 
Walk down the road to the Dana Point Marina where they offer daily 
cruises to Catalina Island, whale-watching trips, sport fishing 
expeditions, Jet Ski and boat rentals.     
 
Over 2500 Yachts reside in Dana Point Harbor and a lovely way to spend 
time is relaxing on the balcony, watching the parades of sail boats 
which adorn the blue waters.  There are over 50 shops and restaurants 
including some of the best pizza and deli I have had outside of New 
York.   
 
You will also find the Ocean Institute, the Festival of the Whales, 
the Tall  
Ships Festival and a world renowned yearly Blues Festival all in Dana 
Point. 
 
Enjoy restaurants and entertainment at the neighboring Ritz Carlton 
and Marriott resorts. 
 
Located between Los Angeles and San Diego, Dana Point provides easy 
access to many world renowned attractions including Disneyland, 
Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Six Flags Magic Mountain, 
Hollywood, The Getty Museum to the north and Sea World, Legoland, The

We are just a short 10 minute drive from the small beach town of

beautiful beaches and unique restaurants. 
  
Laguna Beach hosts the annual "Pageant of the Masters", The "Sawdust  
Festival" and a "Festival of the Arts".   
 
Another 10 minutes North brings you to Newport Beach.
