Vacation Rental Description

You will find this home conveniently located to all attractions of Flagstaff, in an upper class 
neighborhood, The Summit at Ponderosa Trails. It has three bedrooms with a day bed that sleeps two 
in the den that could be used as a fourth bedroom. The master bedroom is down stairs with beautiful 
master suite, dual sinks, soaking tub and separate shower. There is a two car garage and it is 
comfortably furnished and fully equipped with all the comforts of home.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities Include:
air-conditioning, gas fireplace, plasma TVs in family room and master bedroom, all other bedrooms 
have TV, DVD player, play station with  games, movies to choose from, gas range oven, microwave, 
dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils and appliances, alarm clocks, washer and dryer, gas grill 
deck with patio furniture and outdoor fireplace.

Pets allowed with prior authorization.

Activities and Attractions

National Forest, Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Boating, Movies, Shopping and close to Flagstaff Downtown 
area.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1,950per week, $250 cleaning deposit, $200 refundable when cleaning checklist is completed,
50% payment due within four days of reservation, balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Payments 
accepted by travelers checks, bank money orders or cashiers checks. 

Cancellation Policy
  more than 30 days all monies will be refunded except 100 dollars cancelation fee, 30 days or less 
will refund any amount paid that can be recovered by renting the days reserved
