West style "stilts" home. Forget about staying in some condo or
hotel! This is my personal home which has been recently remodeled
and you'll be very comfortable here. Literally steps from the ocean!
On a shell road, very quiet area, no beach driving, just relaxation.
Minutes to the events but far enough away to listen to the ocean
while enjoying the spa/hot tub. There is a covered front porch with
a fountain and a large treetop rear deck with spa, a second
fountain, grill and dining area. The interior features large tile
flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, wood laminate flooring in the
living areas and carpeted bedrooms; updated furniture, a third
fountain, stainless appliances, 2 TV's with DVD and VHS, basic cable
with internet, inside washer and dryer, one car garace with remote;
one queen bed, 2 twin beds, a sleeper sofa and a regular couch for
sleeping
arrangements.

This house is completely equipped...dishes, dinner ware, pots &
pans,washer/dryer, linens, towels...Just bring your bathing suit!
While in season, pick fresh fruit from the Ruby Red Grapefruit,
Orlando Tangelo or Ponderosa Lemon trees!

Located just off of Rt. A1A and convenient to the Speedway, Biker
Events, Civic Center and area attractions...
Less than an hour to St. Augustine and about an hour to Disney or
Cape Kennedy Space Center.

Surfing, swimming, relaxing, kite surfing, scuba, relaxing,
snorkeling, beach surfcasting,shell collecting, beach and nature
walks, safe bicycling, boating...and did I mention relaxing?

How about sitting in the hot tub on the back deck and watch the
Space Shuttle being launched? You can actually see the rocket
separation without binoculars!
