Bay on South Manistique Lake. The year round home is 3 miles West of
Curtis, Michigan - just 5 1/2
hours from the Milwaukee area, just over 1 hour West of the Mackinac
Bridge and minutes from Lake
Michigan beaches. Great for fishing, hunting, boating, snowmobiling,
hiking or just relaxing.

This is a newly remodeled 1500 sq. ft. plus ranch with walkout lower
level and 100 feet of lake frontage. Three bedrooms sleep 6
comfortably. This is a non-smoking home. Bed linens are provided but renters
will need to bring their
own towels (kitchen, bath, beach) and paper products. Other features
include a deck and patio,
two car garage and driveway for parking. The boat launch is
conveniently located just a few
properties away.

Upon your departure, we would appreciate it if each renter please
leave the house as they found it.
We ask that you leave the kitchen clean, put the dishes in the
cupboards, collect your trash and
drop it off at the Waste Management dumpsters in Curtis - special bags are requiered to use the service and are available for purchase in Curtis for a small fee.  Complete details and instructions are available in the rental agreement. Please place all used linens/sheets in the
hampers in laundry area on lower level. Please start one load of
linens in washer before you leave.
Cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc. are provided. Please shut all
windows and doors and return your key
to the lockbox.

SPECIALS BASED ON TIME OF YEAR AND LENGTH OF STAY! All inquiries

$200.00 security deposit is required at the time of reservation, or
you may pre pay for your vacation week in full. We will accept
credit cards, PayPal, money orders,travelers and cashier's checks - no
personal checks accepted.

Reservations are made up to two years in advance, so if you are
interested in a specific vacation week, please book early!
