Vacation Rental Description

This condo is located in the Sandy Key complex on beautiful Perdido Key! Directly on the Gulf Of  
Mexico and it's snow white sand! It's a  2 BR 2 Bath, sleeps 5. The entire complex recently had a  
complete restoration, and is gorgeous! Our unit is decorated in island inspired sea glass colors!  
This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer/ all linens,cable tv and free wireless internet  
access.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 Pools, one heated, a hot tub, tennis court, and fully equipped gym! Large deck overlooking the  
beach, which is beautiful!

Activities and Attractions

Deep sea fishing charters nearby, several golf courses and Perdido Lost Key Golf Club , Movie  
Theatres, shopping, and restaurants at The Wharf at Orange Beach. Short drive to the Pensacola Naval  
Air Museum, home of the Blue Angels! There is also a state park next to Sandy Key with park trails,  
all on the key!

Vacation Rental Rates

Sept 7th-Feb  800.00 per week  450.00 for 3 night weekend  10%Discount for parties of 3 or less ! 
March-April  1000.00 per week  500.00 for 3 night weekend 
May-July     1200.00 per week  week rentals only 
August       1000.00 per week  500.00 for 3 night weekend 
 
200.00 Deposit will hold your requested dates,refundable after checkout and inspection. Cancellation  
refund, if cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival date. No Pets and No Smoking

75.00 cleaning fee    
11.5% fla tax
