Holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas-New Years: Minimum 3 night stay, $4200/week or $700/night
Housekeeping provided once a week or once per stay.
Half of lease amount due as deposit to secure your reservation, subject to agreement. Half due 3
days prior to commencement of tenancy.
