Vacation Rental Amenities

Gated community with private security.  Tenants have access to 2 tennis courts, 2 pools and spa, 
clubhouse w/ exercise room, jogging trail, children's play area and basketball court. The main pool 
is large and boasts gas grills and a tiki bar with lots of chaise loungers and tables in or out of 
the sunshine. The clubhouse is 5000 sf and offers a billiards table, a large screen TV, bar area. 
Lakes Park is close w/ canoeing and fragrance garden so you can ride bikes, rent a paddle boat or 
canoe or walk through the park.  Close to all beaches -- Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva. Just a mile 
away you can shop at Bell Tower Shops, go to the movies, access many fine restaurants.  You can walk 
to Bonefish Grill. Enjoy the River District in downtown Fort Myers, Caloosahatchee River, boat 
rentals.

Vacation Rental Rates

December 15 - April 15 --------- Monthly:  $3,200

April 16 - May 31 -------------- Monthly:  $3,000

June 1 - October 31 ------------ Monthly:  $1,450

November 1 - December 14-------- Monthly:  $3,000

Must be rented for at least one month.  Includes water, sewer, electric, basic cable, and local 
telephone, internet connection.  We do have a limit on the electric bill in the summer months.  And 
there is an 11% tax on rentals.... it's the real estate tax.  We require a 75$ cleaning fee to be 
used when you end your stay.  A refundable $700 security deposit is required and an application fee 
of $75, which will not be refunded.  Thanks for choosing our home....
