Beach.  
Enjoy warm days and beautiful sunsets over Catalina Island from one of  
your incredible view decks.

Vacation Rental Rates

Available as a vacation rental. Either weekly or monthly.  
 
X MAS SALE! $2,900 per week instead of $3,500! 
December 20th,to 27th 2008 to Sat Dec 27th 
and/or Sat Dec 27th,08 to Sat January 3th, 2009  
Plus $175 cleaning fee and $800 fully refundable security deposit. 
Inquire about different start and finish dates. 
No parties. Not more than 8 people in house at any time. 
 
WEEKLY: 
APRIL 1st- OCT 1st= $3,800 a WEEK plus $175 cleaning fee and $1000 
security deposit 
OCT 1st 2008-APRIL 1st= $3,000 a WEEK plus $175 cleaning fee and $1000 
security deposit 
 
MONTHLY: 
APRIL 1st- OCT 1st at a Discount= $14,000 a month, plus $300 cleaning fee 
(House is cleaned every 2 weeks by pro),plus $1000 security deposit 
for month 
OCT 1st-APRIL 1st at a Discount= $10,000 a month, plus $300 cleaning fee 
(House is cleaned every 2 weeks by pro),plus $1000 security deposit 
for month 
 
NOTE•Security Deposit is fully refundable and can be given with a separate
