Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation home with spacious great room. 
Large wrap around deck with Adirondack chairs and dining set to enjoy
the spectacular views.
Master bedroom has a new pillow top mattress.  The second bedroom is
outfitted with a futon bed.

All amenities are here.  HD flat screen TV, Hi-Fi stereo connected to
new computer with large movie and music libraries.  

Fully loaded kitchen and stainless steel grill.  

If you are looking for a 2 bedroom close to Flagstaff, you will not be
disappointed.

Vacation Rental Rates

This home rents for $160 a night.
$50 cleaning fee applies 
$300 refundable security deposit applies to all rentals  

Please understand that an excessive mess will result in an increased
cleaning fee.  Thanks.

Payment... 
50% of total required within 4 days of reservation.  Balance due 30
days prior to arrival.  Payments accepted in the form of checks by
mail, traveler’s
check, bank money orders, or cashier’s checks...US funds only. 

Cancellation Policy: 
More than 60 days, all monies refunded except for a $35 cancellation
fee.  60 days or less: will refund any amount paid that can be
recovered by re-renting the days reserved. 

Over some holidays, rates may increase or whole week rental required.
 This will be discussed at time of reservation.  Thank you.
