This house is located in a prestigious gated community on Biscayne
Bay and is great for entertaining
with a heated pool, outdoor grill, washer and dryer, 4 bicycles,
internet hook-up. In the living room there is a 60" wide screen TV with surround sound and the stereo has outdoor speakers for the pool area. In the master there is a 32" LCD. The
home is very comfortable with
plenty of deck furniture. In the back yard there is a 75 ft pier and
fishing poles are available.
There are no fixed bridges to the ocean and it is about 4 miles to
Haulover cut, where you would
access the ocean. There is a 2 car garage for your vehicle, PWC or motorcycles. There is a 42 foot sport
cruiser available for charter and
there is space for a 30 ft boat if you want to bring your own. Move

Hot tub is included in winter rates otherwise additions fees apply for summer use of the hot tub. Please inquire.
We can also have condo in Bahamas so we can arrange a overnight charter to Bimini Bay resort. Limited to 6 guests.
