This two bedroom condo (two bath) is located on the third floor (no elevator), waterfront on the Intracoastal Waterway, in the Little River area of North Myrtle Beach. It is elegantly furnished and impeccably clean. It is available for rent to returning guest and responsible new visitors, and is not on the commercial rental market. To ensure low rates, guests clean up after their visit. You will arrive to find a spotlessly clean and neat place, left that way by previous guests. There is absolutely no smoking and no pets. Everything you should need is there, towels, sheets, cleaning supplies, etc. There is no maid or clean up service which keeps the rent low and also keeps the condo cleaner.

The condo is fully equipped with a washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a queen mattress. The other has two twins. The sleeper sofa can sleep two additional. There are three TVs with DVD players. (Max Capacity: 6) Queen and twin sheets and towels are available; however, you may want to bring your own to avoid having to do laundry the day you leave.

Basic Rules: There is no maid service. Cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner are available. No Smoking. No Pets. Please do a complete cleanup, as there is no maid service.

This North Myrtle Beach area of Myrtle Beach is well located, with easy access coming from Rt. 95, and well away from the heavy traffic of the main Myrtle Beach area. Just a few minutes from the new bypass, Rt. 31, you can reach most major attractions within 20 minutes. The beach is located 1/2 mile east, with plenty of parking near Main Street in the Ocean Drive area.
The Intracoastal Waterway is at the door step with a free public boat launch just 2 blocks away. Once in the water, you are just minutes from the inlet to the ocean and Bird Island. There is a bike route parallel the ocean thru the residential area.
There are two pools and a jacuzzi in the condo development, within a short walk of the condo.
