Vacation Rental Description

This three bedroom condo (two bath) is located on the third floor (elevator available), right on the  
Intracoastal Waterway, in the Little River area of North Myrtle Beach. It is elegantly furnished and  
impeccably clean. It is available for rent to returning guest and responsible new visitors, and is  
not on the commercial rental market. 
 
Thanks for your interest and inquiry. The way this works, I don't charge as much and get a dedicated  
client base that I have had for about 20 years. The most important thing for me is that you be  
responsible and take really good care of my condo. You will arrive to find a spotlessly clean and  
neat place, left that way by previous guests. There is absolutely no smoking and no pets. Everything  
you should need is there, towels, sheets, cleaning supplies, etc. There is no maid service. I have  
found that people take better care knowing they have to leave the place clean, plus I can keep the  
rent lower by not having a cleaning service. Plus I don't believe any cleaning service can do as  
good a job as my guest. I have been in many summer rental units, and have found none as clean and  
neat as this.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Condo is fully equipped with a washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. There are four TVs and  
a DVD player, and a CD player. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, one has two twin beds. Queen and  
twin sheets and towels are available; however, you may want to bring your own to avoid having to do  
laundry the day you leave. There are two pools in the condo development. There is a public boat  
launch on 2nd Ave. South. You can reach the ocean access and barrier islands by boating 20 minutes  
north on the waterway. 
 
Basic Rules: There is no maid service; cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner are available. No  
Smoking. No Pets. Please do a thorough cleanup, as there is no maid service.

Activities and Attractions

This North Myrtle Beach area of Myrtle Beach is well located, with easy access coming from Rt. 95,  
and well away from the heavy traffic of the main Myrtle Beach area. Just a few minutes from the new  
bypass, Rt. 31, you can reach most major attractions within 20 minutes.  
 
The beach is located 1/2 mile east, with plenty of parking near Main Street in the Ocean Drive area.  
The Intracoastal Waterway is at the door step with a free public boat launch just 2 blocks away.  
Once in the water, you are just minutes from the inlet to the ocean and Bird Island. There is a bike  
route parallel the ocean thru the residential area. 
 
There are two pools and a jacuzzi in the condo development, within a short walk of the condo.

June - August: $1100 per week 
May & Sept: $1000 
April & October: $900 
November - March: $800
