Vacation Rental Description

This stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo is located on hole number two of Tara Golf and CC. It offers  
everything you need from a home, from home. It includes a fully transferable golf membership (one  
off $200 cost for two people) which offers full golfing and Country Club rights. Free range balls,  
use of the Pool, Fitness Room, Sauna and Tennis Courts for you and your guests are also included in  
the package. You can join the Tara Men's or Woman's Golfing Association. It's a great way to get to  
know people and test your golf skills. 
 
Watch the sun go down from the tiled, fully furnished screened Lanai. The view of the lake and the  
fairway is superb. Enjoy a sun downer, dine Al-fresco while watching the colourful Florida wildlife.  
It's right there in your rather large back yard. 
 
The Condo is on the 1st floor with stair or elevator access. The outdoor heated Pool and Jacuzzi are  
situated less that 100 yards from your front door. Beside the pool is an enclosed Tennis Court.  
There is also a nearby Picnic and Barbecue area. 
 
This fully furnished spacious Condo is ready to move into. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed  
and access to the Lanai. It also has a large Walk-in Closet, is En-Suite with Shower and WC. The  
second Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, with ample Closet space. The Kitchen is fully fitted and  
equipped. It has a second Dining Area which seats 4. The Living/Dining Area has two leather settees  
one of which is a Hide-Away Bed. It also has a Dining Area which seats 4. Most of the appliances  
have been replaced within the last 3 years. The Decor is new 06. The entire Condo has been recently  
painted 08. This is the first letting of this residential unit. 
 
Tara Golf & CC is situated on State Road 70, approximately 1 mile west of I-75. It is very close to  
supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc. Sarasota and Tampa offer a wide variety of social, sporting  
and cultural activities. There are many fine sandy beaches within a 25 minute drive. Good fishing is  
also plentiful, together with many, many high quality golf courses. To cap it all, the Gulf Coast  
offers fantastic all year round weather.
