Vacation Rental Description

vacation condo accommodation.  This Florida Keys condo is an end unit and  
right on the water! The complex is small and located in a quiet residential  
community and has an oceanfront heated pool and oceanfront tennis court.  
There is High Speed Wireless Internet with Router, unlimited local and long  
distance phone service, private off street parking, lobby and two elevators  
and laundry facilities on every floor.  The unit itself is clean and bright  
and tastefully decorated.  The views are calming and beautiful.  Ocean views  
surround you all the time and sunrises are stunning, sunsets soothing.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Included is High Speed Wireless Internet service, unlimited local and long  
distance phone service, Cable TV in living room and both bedrooms, DVD and  
stereo in living room, Ceiling Fans and clock radios in bedrooms, small  
collection of games, books, movies and sand toys and pack N play for small  
child.   Included also are bed and bath linens, beach towels, pool noodles,  
portable beach chairs, soft sided cooler bag and freeze paks, fishing rods  
and bait pails.  Also included tennis rackets and ping pong paddles.  Full  
Kitchen includes all cooking utensils and serveware, microwave, coffee maker,  
toaster, blender, range and refrigerator.

Activites at the condo include swimming, tennis, fishing, ping  
pong.  Nearby activities include fishing (deep sea and back country)  
charters, scuba and snorkel charters, glass bottom boat trips,  
boating and boat rentals, eco walking tours.  Also nearby are  
attractions, including Jacobs Water Park, Pennekamp Coral Reef State  
Park, Theater of the Sea, History of Dive Museum, also many  
wonderful restaurants (both casual and fine dining) -- many  
waterfront with wonderful sunsets and fun cocktail hours, movie  
theater, grocery store, shopping, hospital, pharmacy.

Mid August-Mid December:  $850-$1,000/week depending upon month 
Christmas and New Years Weeks:  $1,600 
High Season 2009:  $1,250-$1,450/week 
Other Holidays/Event Weeks, please inquire 
11.5% tax 
$100 cleaning fee 
$350 Refundable security deposit
