Courthouse Vacations in Junction

Historic Piute County Courthouse has been meticulously restored for your group/family vacation pleasure. Great for Family Reunions, large groups of friends, or business seminars. Directly on Scenic Hwy. 89 and in a town so small you will think you stepped back in time. The only thing you need to bring is your own food. Whether you want to ride the ATV trails, fish, hike, or just sit
and relax by the fire, the Courthouse is the place for you! There are enough beds for up to 23 people and additional sleeping mats. If you want to bring your trailer, there is plenty of room to park it. Maybe you'll want to put someone on trial with the original judges bench still in the Courtroom (converted to the family room).

You get the "Whole Darn Place to Yourself!" All of the bedding is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and everything you might need to cook for a large group. There is a gas BBQ, an oversized charcoal BBQ, and an outdoor firepit for dutch oven cooking or smores and late night talks. There is a basketball hoop, volleyball net, croquet and various other items for fun in the shed. Feel free to ride the tandem bike around town or just lay down in the hammock and relax.

The ATV trails around here are limitless, as well as the many rivers, lakes, and streams to fish in. There is whitewater rafting (14 miles away in Marysvale) and a self guided walking tour of Bullion Mines. Many of the small towns nearby have activities in the summer such as parades, rodeos, or the hot air balloon festival in Panguitch. There is a tennis court at the park (2 blocks away)
and rackets in the shed. There is a basketball hoop, volleyball net, and bicycles also available for your use. In the family room, you could play air hockey, fooz ball or bumper pool.  The library has books for every interest as well as board games and videos.

Off-Peak Season: (September 15 through May 15)
Off-Peak Season Rates: $29 per adult per night, $9 per youth per night, children 0-3 are free.  Or if you have a larger group, you can use the flat rate price of $495/night for weeknights and $595/night for weekends.

Peak Season: (May 15 through September 15)
Peak Season Rates: $595/night for weeknights and $795/night for weekends.

Note: There is a two night and an 8 adult minimum and a cleaning fee of $200.
