Built in 2002, the house has almost 5,000 finished square feet, including a large theatre-activity
room, 6 BD, 3 1/2 baths (1 jacuzzi bath) 2 kitchens, three-car garage, large yard, sandbox for the
kids, and 130' of lakeshore to play on. Relax in front of one of two fireplaces. Enjoy the sunset
sitting around the fire ring.

The layout: Four bedrooms upstairs (master bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a queen bed,
two bedrooms with two twin beds. The main floor has a kitchen, dining room, foyer, living room, and
a TV room with a gas fireplace. The main floor provides access to a large cedar deck. The
downstairs has two bedrooms (king in one two twins in the other), a kitchen with a small fridge and
stove top, and a TV room with a wood fireplace. The downstairs provides access to a large concrete
patio.

Located on a deadend about a mile back from the main road. Very quiet.
