Penthouse Of The Dolphins-Oceanfront Luxury, Center Of Town in Puerto Vallarta

*My Wonderful Oceanfront Penthouse, which I have named Penthouse Of The Dolphins, is directly on the water overlooking the Malecon. It is situated in the middle of Puerto Vallarta 2 blocks from the main plaza, Plaza Principal, and because of that is walking distance to virtually every shop, restaurant and attraction that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Its perfect for parties of up to 5 people, and of course is completely air-conditioned.

*The View Is Fabulous, looking south all the way down the coast to Cabo Corrientes and north all the way to Punta Mita, the northernmost point of Banderas Bay. The dolphins delight in swimming directly in front of my wraparound terrazas every day (hence the name "Penthouse Of The Dolphins"), and early in the morning the local oyster divers collect their day's catch on the rich reef in the crystal blue waters directly in front
of my home. With its abundant underwater sea life, snorkeling and swimming are unsurpassed in this area.

*Both Bedrooms Have Oceanfront Views, and the sunsets are truly amazing. If you are like me, you will spend both mornings on my main terrace, drinking your coffee and eating your breakfast watching the divers work and seeing the various seabirds hunt for their morning meal, and your evenings eating dinner at the dining table, which is situated outside under the covered balcony. You will delight taking in the 180-degree view of the ocean and coastline from one end of the bay to the other. Every night there is a fireworks display that is mounted from the Spanish galleon named the Maria Gallante, and usually the ship passes about 500 feet away from my terrazas when it starts its show.

*Both bedrooms have King-size beds, and the second bedroom also has a futon bed for the 5th person in your party.Each Bedroom has its own connected bathroom, and there is also a 3rd guest bathroom complete with its own shower. All of the bathrooms are all handcrafted in marble.

*Both bedrooms have cable TV/DVD.

*The Washer and Dryer are both located inside the condo.

*For those of you that like to bring your laptops we also have Wireless High Speed Internet DSL. All you have to do is plug in and you are surfing the web!

*We also have Free Long Distance phone service, so you can call home as much as you like with comfort and ease.

Video Library: We have about 30 titles from G to R rating, something for everybody. Our policy is bring a DVD and take a DVD. That way the library is always changing.

*Hand Hewn Granite Countertops accent the custom designed kitchen, which is complete and has all the amenities to make preparation of meals a delight. Dishwasher,microwave, blender, coffee maker are all there, and various spices are always on hand.

*The Rooftop Swimming Pool is located on the roof of the building next to my condo, so just walk out the front door, take 30 steps and you will be standing next to the pool, and the water is always warm and the view is unforgettable.

*Parking Is Secured under the building, as my condo has the only underground parking in the city center, and the building has 24-hour security personnel to serve you.

*In Suite Chef*
For those of you who do not want to cook, we are very fortunate to have a wonderful In Suite Personalized Chef for a special event, or just a small dinner because you are on holidays and just do not want to cook or shop. He has his own catering company, and he does incredible things with food. Also, he can shop for you, cater a simple meal for 2 for
that special occasion, or cook for your entire vacation. He can even cook ahead and have meals in the freezer or fridge for when you arrive, or cater a cocktail party, whatever you need.

*Yoga In The Condo*
If you feel like relaxing and stretching a bit we have a fine, certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, who is available in the privacy of the condo. Just give her a call 24 hrs. in advance and she will sooth your body and mind. The private sessions last about 1 hour and 15 min.

*For the finest in dining, Vitea, one of the very best restaurants in all of Puerto Vallarta is located facing the ocean on the ground floor of our building.

*Things To Do*
Virtually every water sport is available for you here in Puerto Vallarta. Golf is a major attraction here with several world-class courses. You can swim with the dolphins. There are numerous fabulous nightclubs and discos that are open until 4 in the morning, so you can dance the night away every night and never go to the same place twice.
El Malecon is one of the biggest attractions there and my condo is located right on it.
Los Muertos beach starts just one block south of my condo.
The biggest flea market (Mercado de Artesanas) is one block away.
They have art walks where you walk to the different art galleries, that is all in the center of town where my condo is located.
The best restaurants are all within walking distance from my condo and the very best restaurant, Vitea, is located right in our building on the ground floor.
The Marigalante pirate ship dinner cruise sails right in front of my condo every night and does a fireworks display.
They have jungle tours by car and horseback.
The canopy tours in the jungle are very popular.
You can visit the movie sets where they filmed "Night Of The Iguana" and "Terminator".
The list goes on and on. I think you will see that there is plenty to keep you busy and interested all of the time you will be there. I have lived there for 5 years and still have not seen it all.
