quiet neighborhood with abundant 
wildlife.  Forest Service access.  Bring your mountain bikes, hiking
shoes and binoculars.  Close to 
several national monuments to include Sunset Crater, Wapatki, Walnut
Canyon, Meteor Crater and the 
Grand Canyon. Close to country steakhouses and taverns or stay at home
and enjoy the BBQ grill.

Vacation Rental Rates

$200 per night(1-4 persons) $250 per night (5-8 persons) $25.00 additional per person per night 9th 
person and above.  Two night minimum.  7th night is free.  $200 cleaning deposit, $100
refundable if checklist completed.

50% payment due within four days of reservation.  Balance due 30 days
prior to arrival. Prepayment required and must clear banking
institution prior to arrival.  US Funds 
only.
