Heights neighborhood of San Francisco,This 1,700 square foot fully detached 1937 charming sigle  
family home offers panoramic ocean views from living room and dining room,Only few block away to  
Golden Gate Park,Restaurants,Ocean beach,San Francisco Zoo,and Cliff House.Highway One is only 500  
feet away.Public transportation can take you downtown to the malls and shops. 
The house would also be well suited to two or three couples attending a wedding or travelling  
together. 
The owner is native San Franciscan and happy to help plan your visit,recommend restaurants,or assist  
in anyway possible.

The Golden Gate Heights of San Francisco is one of the best locations in the city.Anything you wants

inner sunset,Golden Gate Park just a few blocks away (including the Japanese Tea Garden,the Deyoung  
Museum,Stowe Lake,the Botanical Garden & the Conservatory of Flowers),and many interesting  
shops,cafes and excellent restaurants you will discover around the neighborhood.The N-Judah (street  
car) stops at the corner and east-bound will take you directly to the Haidht/Ashbury  
district,downtown shopping and AT&T Park (Home of SF Giants Baseball Team).About 1.6 miles (2.5 Km)  
in the west-bound direction the street car will take you to Ocean Beach.During the summer and fall  
there are music concerts (often free)in Golden Gate Park and Stern Grove.which will be only a short  
distance from your vacation home.

Party 1-2..$295/night,$1900/week, 
Party 3-4..$365/night,$2300/week, 
Party 5-7..$425/night,$2500/week, 
(minimum 3 nights; Monthly rate available. 
Cleaning fee:$100/stay for 1-2 persons,$150/stay for 3-7 persons. 
Refundable Damage Deposit; $500. 
50% Deposit required to hold reservation.Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. 
60 day cancellation required for full refund of reservation deposit. 
$50 cancellation fee.
