balcony. The fireplace provides extra warmth and ambiance while watching the sun sink into the

as well as a bedroom with bath. Upstairs you'll find two spacious bedrooms with private baths,  
including the master suite with a second ocean-view balcony, desk/work area and dressing room. The  
lower level has a bedroom with fireplace and extra sleeping, a bathroom plus additional shower,  
laundry room, and beach access. This well-maintained home has been freshly painted and appointed  
with new window treatments and furnishings. It is situated on a large expanse of beach in the north

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 kings, 2 twins, 1 twin with trundle, 1 full size futon, port-o-crib, local phone with answering  
machine, high-speed internet, 3 satellite TVs, 3 DVD players, VCR, CD player, D/W, gas stove,  
microwave, washer/dryer, 2 gas fireplaces, charcoal BBQ, 2-car garage with remotes, no smoking,no  
pets.

Vacation Rental Rates

$6500 per week, inquire about our off-season and monthly rates, 1-week minimum stay. 
 
We require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable cleaning fee. Upon receipt of contract  
1st payment is due within one week, 7 days, remaining balance will be due one month, 30 days, before  
arrival. If occupant cancels agreement 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival, all payments will  
be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee; for canellations 30-60 days prior to scheduled arrival,  
total security deposit will be withheld; cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrivals,  
Occupant  
shall be responsible for total rental amount plus a $50 administrative fee. If property is re-rented  
for the same days, all payments will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee.
