King Bed in bedroom and Queen Murphy (wall) bed in living area, plus pull out couch. Flat screen HD-DVD TV. Maximun 5 people. Brand new bathrooms Fall 2011 and new kitchen in fall of 2009. All new large private tiled lanai (balcony). Daily parking fee of $12.00 and phone charges to be paid at front desk. Pool and courtyard renovated 2009.
