Vacation Rental Description

This private cabin is located on crystal clear Pleasant Lake just over 
the Casco line in Otisfield.  
Large open first floor space with fully applianced kitchen, dining 
area and living room.  Wood 
stove. Windows all around living room leads to deck facing lake with 
soaking afternoon sun.  Path to 
lake leads to campfire area, large deck, dock and wooden raft on the 
lake.  Walk into sandy bottom 
lake.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All the water gear you need.  Canoe, rowboat, kayak and lots of 
noodles. Charcoal BBQ grill. Includes access to town beach just 3 
miles down the road. Beautiful front yard and gardens. (Renters 
should bring lifejackets that fit adults and children.) 

Activities and Attractions

Peace and quiet. Swimming. Boating. Fishing. Hiking.  12 mile bike 
ride around lake. Less than one hour to Freeport, Mt. Cranmore, and 11 
miles to Naples,Long Lake. Shopping, movies, 
antiques, golf, breakfast, medical facilities within ten to twenty 
minutes away.  Local store just three miles into Casco Village for 
necessities, pizza, ice cream, subs,etc.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Rate is $900-$1,200.00 per week plus 7% Maine Sales Tax. $200.00 
security anphone deposit. Includes 
main cabin that sleeps up to six in 3 bedrooms. Lower rates in off-
peak months. Includes additional two room guest cabin with full bath.
