Beautiful Beach Condo in Oceanside

Beautiful one bedroom/one bathroom luxury condo at North Coast Village that is just steps away from
the beach and Oceanside Harbor. This is a quiet top floor condo with views of the ocean, harbor,
and tropical gardens with koi ponds. This unit has very comfortable furniture and bedding as well as
2 cable TVs, VCR, DVD player, stereo, CD player, and high speed internet connection. The kitchen is
fully equipped.

Rate is from $750 per week from May 1 to June 6, 2009.  Rate is $1,195 per week for June 6 to Sept. 7, 2009.  Holiday weeks are slightly higher.
Sept. 8, 2009 to June 5, 2010: $750/week or $1,800/month.
Security deposit is $350 and cleaning fee is $85. There is a 10% tax for stays less than 30 days.
