Beautiful one bedroom/one bathroom luxury condo at North Coast Village that is just steps away from  
the beach and Oceanside Harbor.  This is a quiet top floor condo with views of the ocean, harbor,  
and tropical gardens with koi ponds. This unit has very comfortable furniture and bedding as well as  
2 cable TVs, VCR, DVD player, stereo, CD player, and high speed internet connection.  The kitchen is  
fully equipped.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rate is $125 per night in May and $142 per night in June (Sat. to Sat. only)  
$1,195 per week (Sat. to Sat. only) from June 28 to September 5, 2008. 
 
Security deposit is $350 and cleaning fee is $85.  There is a 10% tax for stays less than 30 days.
