Beautiful Beach Condo in Oceanside

Beautiful one bedroom/one bathroom luxury condo at North Coast Village that is just steps away from
the beach and Oceanside Harbor. This is a quiet top floor condo with views of the ocean, harbor,
and tropical gardens with koi ponds. This unit has very comfortable furniture and bedding as well as
2 cable TVs, VCR, DVD player, stereo, CD player, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is
fully equipped.

Rate is from $750 per week from October 1, 2012 to June 1, 2013.  Rate is $1,195 per week for June 1 to Auguest 31, 2013.  Holiday weeks are slightly higher.

Monthly rate starts from $2,000 for October 1, 2012 to May 31, 2013.

Security deposit is $350 for weekly and $1,000 for monthly.  The cleaning fee is $85 weekly and $100 for monthly.  There is an 11.5% tax for stays less than 30 days.
