Vacation Rental Description

Our rental has private quarters from the rest of the home and sits on top of the hill as you come 
into Avila beach. It is very spacious and has 2 large bedrooms and 2 baths.  The master (king temper-
pedic) bed and bath have spectacular views of the small town and entire coastline.  The second 
bedroom (queen) sleeps two very comfortable and quietly complete with walk-in closet.  Inside, the 
generously sized living room is fully furnished complete with fireplace.  There is a sofa sleeper 
for an additional two guests. Bedding for all beds, including the sofa sleeper, is provided.  Off of 
the Living room is the kitchen, while still enjoying the beautiful views of the ocean your amenities 
include a small fridge, cook top, microwave, ice maker and a STOCKED WINE CABINET for you to enjoy 
during your stay, compliments of the proprietors, who happen to be wine lovers.  Our home has a 
large deck with a gorgeous ocean views where you can sit and listen to the sound of the waves 
crashing on the beach while barbequing or taking a dip in the Jacuzzi. You may also prefer going 
atop and sunbathing or taking in the expansive views from the roof deck.
  
Our home can be rented for a few days or a few weeks. You may also inquire about monthly 
availability.  

We also have an on-site laundry facility for your convenience. 

It is an easy 2 block walk down to the ocean. The beach is perfect for swimming, surfing, laying in 
the sun or people watching. Lifeguards are on duty during weekends, summer months and holidays.

Activities and Attractions

The entire downtown area of Avila Beach has recently been rebuilt. It includes a fun new children’s 
park, a small grocery store and deli as well as new restaurants and stores. It is no longer a 
rundown little town. It is beautiful, upscale and the place to be. The weather is warm year round 
and it is consistently much warmer and less foggy than Pismo Beach. You can enjoy beach bike, surf 
and boogie board, complete with wet suit rentals right on the beach.

The Bob Jones bike/ walking trail is located just minutes away, it takes you on a beautiful paved 
path along side a creek about 2 miles..you can bike or walk from the house or drive to the path. 
Downtown San Luis Obispo is just 7 minutes away with wonderful shopping and restaurants. SLO is a 
quaint college town rich with character, downtown has tree lined streets with outdoor shopping, 
great coffee shops and unique stores.
 
Our local award winning wine country is also a stones throw away in beautiful Edna Valley 
approximately 10 minutes away. The famed Paso Robles wine country, the next Napa Valley according to 
the highly acclaimed Robert Parker is a 40 minute drive away. We will be happy to assist you in 
planning your wine tasting or gastromic adventure in any of our local areas.

Vacation Rental Rates

June 1st thru August 30th and all Holiday prices are as follows:  $500. A night (two night minimum) 
or  $2800. A week.

Off Season prices are as follows:  $400. A night (two night minimum) or  $2100. A week.

Monthly Rentals available, please inquire.

Your stay includes normal cleaning fees.
