Vacation Rental Description

Imagine awakening to see as far as eyes can reach, the water's edge advances and recedes along the 
beach. Sipping your warm cup of coffee watching the sea-creatures play. After a relaxing day at the 
perfect white sand beach, you return to watch the orange setting sun at the end of the day with your 
cool drink on your 400 square foot private patio. There is a panoramic view of the gulf in every 
direction as far as the eye can see.. 

This condo offers penthouse views without the penthouse price. Located on the 18th floor, this 
direct beachfront 2 Bedroom plus a bunk room/ 2 bath is brand new and has never been rented. 
Professionally decorated with a personal touch with your every need and want in mind. 

The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead to your large private balcony that seats six 
people. The master bedroom features a queen size four poster bed with a pillow top mattress with 
soothing and restful colors. There is a ceiling fan and a 32" flat screen TV/DVD player housed in an 
armoire with drawers for storage. Master bathroom has separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. 

The guest bedroom features a pillow-top queen size mattress, tastefully decorated bedding with lots 
of pillows and it's own 32" flat panel TV and DVD player plus a 5 drawer chest for additional 
storage. 

The kids will love their separate bunk room that accommodates two twin size mattresses. It’s bright 
and cheerful. The condo also has a pack and play bed available for use. 

The Condo has a full kitchen and is fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home 
(coffee maker, all bread size toaster, dishwasher, microwave, stove, garbage disposal 
refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, blender mixer, pots and pans, utensils, and dinnerware). There is a 
large pantry with plenty of shelves plus cabinet storage adjoins the kitchen. 

The breakfast bar has seating for four. The dining room table is counter height so that the counter 
height chairs can be interchanged between the breakfast bar and the table. With the leaf in, the 
table can accommodate eight and there are eight chairs in all. 

The living room has a sliding glass door leading out to the private balcony, a 42" flat panel tv on 
the wall, and a pull out queen size sleeper sofa. The whole backside of the condo has a wall of 
windows from floor to ceiling overlooking the beach. 

There is a large laundry room with a full-size washer, dryer, new ironing board and iron. All linens 
are furnished, so all you need to bring is a beach towel or two. 

There is an unbelievable 400 square foot direct Gulf front private balcony that can be found through 
either the master bedroom door or the door in the living room. 

The balcony has relaxing furniture to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The condominium 
includes two Gulf front pools, one is zero entry, two gulf front hot tubs, a indoor pool, sauna, 
fitness center, underground covered parking, and six climate controlled elevators. 

The condo is with in a mile to all major restaurants, nine eighteen hole golf courses, grocery 
stores, movie theaters, outlet malls, and a amusement park. You can also walk to the only pier 
restaurant in all of gulf shores that is directly next door. When it comes to having fun, the Gulf 
Coast is the place to be. No matter what the season or activity, there’s always something for the 
whole family to enjoy. Your stay will be perfect!

romantic dining for two, or downright dives that serve up some of the finest food and fun to be 
found. Maybe a dinner cruise is more your style. Of course, you don’t have to have seafood. You’ll 
find plenty of restaurants in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach serving steak, barbecue, Italian, 
Mexican, pizza, or whatever you have a hankering for.

Devote a day (or the afternoon) to shopping by traveling north on Highway 59 to the Tanger Outlet

Sonoma, American Eagle, Victoria's Secret and Pottery Barn) and restaurants.

From back bay and trolling trips to Gulf coast fishing charters and cruises, drop your lines and 
enjoy the experience! Sailing charters and cruises are departing daily from Gulf Shores and Orange 
Beach. Entertaining and equally educational, dolphin sightseeing tours add to the Gulf Coast fishing 
fun.

Other Activities in surrounding areas 
In between your relaxing naps on the beach, you can enjoy all the popular Orange Beach and Gulf 
Shores attractions. Take a lightening-fast ride down a water slide. Travel back in time with a visit 
to Fort Morgan, site of the Civil War Battle of Mobile Bay. Become a dolphin expert on an Orange 
Beach cruise that takes you through the back bays to meet up with Flipper and his friends. Visit 
your animal friends at the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. And don't worry about wearing yourself out. You 
can always recover tomorrow with a siesta on a beach blanket.
