Vacation Rental Description

At just 35 miles from San Juan Airport, this beautiful studio apartment is located in Fajardo on the 
East side of Puerto Rico. (Maps of the Area will be provided).

The apartment is on the 18th floor with the most astonishing view in the area with a large balcony, 
outdoor pools (adults & kids), tennis courts, basketball courts, handball courts, walk-in trails, 
mountain/ocean views, internet hot spot, A/C in room, Coin Operated Washer/Dryer, parking and 24 
hour security.

Located across from the marinas, minutes from El Conquistador Hotel Casino and Golf, half an hour to 
El Yunque Rain forest and Beltz Outlet Mall, 45 minutes to Old San Juan, minutes from Bioluminescent 
Bay (nighttime kayak tour recommended) and Seven Seas public beach.  

Within minutes of ferry or small flights to Vieques, Culebra, St. Thomas, St.Croix, Palominos & 
Icacos Islands. Nearby discount stores, supermarkets, drug stores, and restaurants.

Fully Equipped Kitchen with cooking utensils, Mini Split AC Unit, Iron, Iron Board, TV, DVD/CD 
Player, Alarm Clock, Hair-Dryer, Ceiling-Fans, Beach Chairs, Basket Ball, Beach Floaters. (Shower 
Towels, Beach Towels, Bed Linens and Toilet Paper will be provided one time only).

Five minutes to Seven Seas Public Beach and 10 minutes to Luquillo beach which are the most 
beautiful beaches around. 

There are typical seafood restaurants and Kiosks walking distance at the fisherman's area. 

The Conquistador Casino has Famous Restaurants and Golf Course and more. 

There are Outlet Shopping Malls, Shopping Centers, Supermarkets and Fast Foods. Minutes from Fajardo 
Ferry to Culebra and Vieques Island.

Vacation Rental Rates

* Minimum stay of 3 nights.
* Money Orders or Certified Checks are accepted.  Payments also available via PayPal.

** A 50% advance rental payment is required to reserve your dates. The advance payment will be
   applied towards the  rent. The Remaining Balance is due 2 weeks before arrival.

** A $200 Security Deposit is required to reserve your dates. The security deposit is refundable
   within two weeks after departure.

** Cancellation policy is for 30 days prior to arrival. 
 
*** A Rental Invoice and a Rental Rules Contract will be provided and must be signed before arrival.
