beautiful bedroom with connecting veranda. Full marble bathroom with roomy shower. Downstairs has
queen size Murphy bed tucked in your cozy living room. Additional full jacuzzi tub bathroom with
laundry conveniences. Delightful sunny full kitchen with view of the rolling green hills in dining
area, to relish your meals.
Short walk to beach, enjoying the quaint fishing village of years past. An experience you will not

Upstairs and downstairs Satellite TV's, DVD Player, CD Player, Washer & Dryer, Wood Stove, Wall
Heater, Full Kitchen, dishes and cooking utensils provided, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer and
coffee maker. For the love of Grace, please no smoking in home.

$150.00 a night, 2 night minimum stay, $1,050.00 weekly rate. Will sleep 2-4 people. O.K. to bring
your pet, $50.00 non-refundable pet fee. Security deposit: $250.00. Cleaning Fee: $100.00
(refundable if home is left clean, without any damage) All major holidays require 3 night minimum
stay.
