**Please Read** - Here are the available dates for the rest of Summer:
- August 18-21: available for 3 nights for $500 total.
- August 25-29: available for 3+ nights for $140/night + cleaning.
- Labor Day weekend (Aug 29-Sept 1) is available for a 3 night stay -OR-
the full 1st week of September is available....contact for holiday rates.
**All Other Dates This Summer Are Now Booked, but check back
often for Cancellations**

We have the PERFECT vacation condo for Families w/ children & also
Friends or Couples!  
This condo is on the 3rd floor - same level as the walk over Sky
Bridge from parking.  
Meaning: NO waiting on elevators!!! 
Super easy access to the beach & pool areas as well.

you can because we've thought of everything to spoil our valuable

42" LCD HDTV in Living room, 37" LCD HDTV in KING Master bedroom. DVD
players with both TVs, and we've taken care of supplying plenty of
movies & books for all tastes.

Families with children?   *NO PROBLEM!*
This is the only unit with kids chalkboard drawing table & 
~Pottery Barn Kids~ directors chairs plus many games, coloring books,
variety of DVD movies, beach & pool toys/floats - even beach 
towels & a high end Beach Cart to carry all your stuff!
Also for the younger ones : 
- Portable booster/high chair - Kid friendly dinner ware/eating
utensils from Pottery Barn Kids - 
Graco pack-n-play with linens & blanket - Umbrella stroller

AND we've stocked the kitchen pantry with MANY extras that the Resort
& other owners do NOT supply.....extra paper goods, gourmet coffee,
creamer,sugar, salt/pepper, cleaning supplies, laundry & dishwasher 
detergent, hand soap refill, trash bags, even a *First Aid Kit* as we
know the
kids can get bumps & scrapes while they play (we have a preschooler &
an infant!).

Also in the Kitchen, we have you set for Gourmet meals.....with a
George Foreman family size grill,
electric skillet, a Wok, a blender, a toaster, and an electric griddle
for making those large batches of pancakes! :)
You would be surprised at how BARE other units' kitchens are, so make
sure you ask condo owners what their kitchens supply for your cooking
needs!!!

areas & many new lounge chairs to relax in.

**Starbucks** is OPEN!  As of July 2008, the Sky Bridge Bar/Lounge is open
along with the Tiki Hut Bar next to the beach front pool & the all new

Late August '08 - $140/night Includes Tax. Cleaning extra.

September '08 - $800/week, contact for nightly rates & Labor Day
weekend/week rates.
October '08 - $750/week, contact for nightly rates.
November '08 - Contact for monthly, weekly, nightly rates.
December '08 - Contact for monthly, weekly, nightly rates.

**Minimum of 3 night stay in spring/fall/winter, minimum of 5 nights
in peak summer.**
Rates subject to change without notice & do not include FL 10.09% Tax 
& $100 Cleaning.
