Amazing condo in the heart of village -1 block to beach in Carlsbad

Congratulations!!! This is one amazing condo that lives like a single family home. One block away is
coffee or the sandy beaches that stretch for several miles with an adjacent "boardwalk" that is
great for strolling. There are 2 bikes and a bike path that goes North to Oceanside Pier or South to
Encinitas (another great beach town). Also we have a yard with a built in barbeque, Jacuzzi, patio
chairs, beach chairs, and beach trikes & toys for the kids.
There are 2 master suites each with queen beds, large bathrooms, Plasma TV's and private patios. The kitchen is
fully loaded and has granite counters, stainless appliances and cherry wood floors that also are in
the dinning and living area. There is a romantic gas fireplace in the living room and one master
suite. There are 3 plasma TVs one in the living room and one in each master suite. Two twin and 1
queen blow up mattress are available for additional guests. Their is a 3 car driveway and two car garage.
Forty restaurants, three surf shops, 15 antique/collectible shops, numerous other shops, the village
center, and train station are all within walking distance. The local area also offers Legoland
Amusement Park, shopping malls, biking, sport fishing, and golfing. Sea World, the San Diego Zoo,
the San Diego Wild Animal Park, and numerous other San Diego spots are a short drive or train ride
away. Disneyland (61 miles) and Knotts Berry Farm (50 miles) are popular destinations to the north.
Carlsbad is 45 minutes from Orange County Airport and San Diego Airport.
You will LOVE your stay in Carlsbad and our home. The sunsets are amazing and the restaurants

stools. Deck/Patio: The patio has the BBQ, island, bar stools, Crate and Barrel teak furniture,
jacuzzi and a litehouse fountain.
WiFi (Wireless Internet): We have secured wireless and there will be instructions on how to connect.
