outstanding view of the Gulf
of Mexico with snow white beaches, crystal blue water, and the Mobile
Bay just across the way. Large
back yard with covered area under the house including a picnic table,
grill, porch swing, and
hammock. This would be a perfect vacation rental for a single family
or two couples to relax in
paradise.

The ocean is approximately 300 feet from the house. Beach toys and
chairs are available for use with
a wagon to transport to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood to enjoy
the private beaches, fishing,
boating, crabbing, kayaking, surfing, shopping, shell collecting,
dolphin watching, and walking on
the beach. Historical Fort Morgan is two miles away with Ferry access
to go to Mobile or Biloxi and
enjoy the casinos. You can have the best of both worlds by having the
Gulf of Mexico on one side and
Mobile Bay on the other. Perfect home for a snowbird to enjoy the
warm climate and escape the snow.
Fishing and crabbing are permitted at the public pier at the Fort.
Premier golf courses are located
just down the road at Kiva Dunes and the Peninsula. Surfing lessons,
parasailing, scuba lessons are
available. Board games are available for those rainy afternoons.

A family photograph on the beach at sunset is available. Imagine a

hike the Bon Secure National
Wildlife Refuge trails to miles of unspoiled beaches. Step back in
