Vacation Rental Description

  
   Casamar is a Mini resort with 14 furnished Suites --all with
Kitchens-- we have Studio Suites, One bed room and two bed room Suites.

 we are  securely located inside a large compound. Four buildings with a
fountain--pool--and  off street secure parking
Casamar has  beautiful mature gardens--50 foot palm trees and a large
lap pool
with a large Palapa on each side of the pool.    Managed by Tami
Bass(from Vt.) and owned by will Sawyer(From Ohio) and Rosalie
Hornblower( from Mass)

    Located just two short blocks from Zicatella beach and a ten
minute walk down the beach to La Punta one of the best all year around
surfing beaches in the world.

    Casamar provides full service-- daily maid service-- meals -massage
--yoga instruction with  advance request.

   A common area where 40 can easily dine-- ping pong-- Library- TV
Room-- wireless-- 

Each suite is decorated in Mexican Colonial style with lots of Telavea
tile in the kitchens and bathrooms

Vacation Rental Amenities

   
All our suites have gas stoves and refrigs-- the rooms are decorated
with lots of art work including, original local  paintings ,  Telavara
tile,  local wood carvings and locally hand made furniture
  all suites have coffee pots, smoke detectors, blenders, most have
gas  stoves and Microwaves-

all have over head fans and floor fans

AC is 10 dollars a day extra

5 gallons of bottle water is provided

three out door showers, communal Bar-b-que

great views from the suites-- some of the beach and ocean, some of
the mountains and others of the gardens and pool. all have a balcony
or patio.

Activities and Attractions

  Casamar rents boogie boards and snorkeling gear.    surf lessons can
be arranged

  Monday night mixer(free drinks) for all guests with the manager and
owners.  Pot luck dinner on Thursday in the common area

  Ping Pong, Horse shoes, chess, back gammon,    sun Movie night with
popcorn.

shopping tours to the Mercado  in town

bird watching at the river Delta-- kayaking in the lagoon-- Crocodile
 sight seeing tours  

Observe turtles laying eggs and help in  returning the new hatched baby
turtles  into the ocean.

Boating -- shore and off shore fishing-- whale and dolphin watching

-- horse back ride up the river to hot springs-- 4 by 4 ride  to
waterfalls in the mts

visit one of many Indian villages close by.

take a Mexican Oaxacan cooking lesson to learn how to make different
Oaxacan Moles.

Spanish lessons.   so much to do here-- come enjoy the majic of Puerto.

 The rates for the Casamar suites are seasonal.  the prices are
located on the web site.  also check the web site for special rate
promotions.

  discount for groups.  Please book well in advance for large groups.
 we can handle 35 fairly well

   discount for weekly and monthly rates

    our min daily rate is $27US  Max is about $69US for a daily rate
for one person.

     Max rates are from $120US for two persons to $550Us for 2 persons
