Fairways at Mauna Lani, a luxurious, private gated community with a swimming pool, a whirlpool,

friendly, air-conditioned 2 BR/2 BA townhouse at the Fairways at Mauna Lani is right next to several  
world-class golf courses. 
 
Just 20 miles north of the Kona airport, Mauna Lani is a resort community right next to the Waikoloa  
Beach Resort (about 2 miles away). The area has about 5,000 people. Mauna Lani offers 340 sunshine- 
filled days each year. Your best bet for uninterrupted sunshine is the Kohala Coast on the Big  
Island of Hawaii. We are only a 5 to 10 minute drive from the famed Hapuna Beach, which has  
frequently been voted the best beach in the United States. 
 
Nearby at the King's Shops at the Waikoloa Beach Resort, you'll find shopping at such specialty  
vendors as Louis Vuitton, Tiffany’s, Coach, and Burberry, as well as quality stores with local  
Hawaiian flavor. Mauna Lani has a small town relaxing feel, but without sacrificing luxurious

received final payment, we will email with the security gate code and lockbox code. The lockbox is  
at the front door and contains the key. You can pay by check, money order, PayPal, VISA, or Master
