Experience the Pacific Northwest on San Juan Island while staying in our waterfront custom built vacation home. Ideally located on Neil Bay with 185 feet of rocky beach accessed by our private steps that is perfect to launch your kayaks. The home is open and sunny with lots of windows to watch the boating activities of San Juan Channel, Spieden Island and the abundance of wildlife. This is truly relaxing experience.

The arrangement of the home makes it very comfortable for a large family or two families to share. The master suite is located beyond the kitchen with a full bath, a walk-in closet and sliding glass doors to the deck. The gourmet kitchen and large living room have abundance of windows and access to the private, extensive Brazilian hardwood decking with patio furniture and propane gas BBQ.  The two other bedrooms on the main floor are on the opposite end from the master suite, one consist of two twin beds, a bathroom that has a separate shower and toilet from the sink area, then another bedroom with a comfy queen bed and a water view and small balcony. Walk down the stairs to the huge bonus TV/game room complete with a granite propane fireplace for ambiance with the flip of a switch. Beyond the bonus room is the enclosed six person hot tub, again with water view and access to the outside. Beyond the hot tub room is another mini-master suite with a queen bed and a private bath and large closet.  

 The Home has wireless internet access and DISH satellite TV service. The 42” flat screen T.V has easy hook-up for your video games. There are two hand-held telephones for free local calls.

There is plenty to do in the neighborhood with the private beach access and historical Roche Harbor Resort. Bird watching is superb, with Bald Eagles, Osprey, Seagulls, Hummingbirds and numerous others. The sea otters and harbor seals are pretty entertaining too. There are nice and easy hiking trails in the area as well as moped, kayak and boat rentals. The quaint town of Friday Harbor is a short 20 minute drive for shopping or dining out.

This 3,100+ square foot vacation rental location is truly the Pacific Northwest at its finest.
