Just a short drive north of Grand Rapids, this is a great place to stay. The property sits on 34
acres on a private 40 acre lake. Great fishing, swimming, paddle boat rides, and lots of wildlife to
enjoy. Everything you would find in a kitchen is there (pots,pans,utentils,glasses,etc.) We provide
a large paddle boat, and a canoe. It is a no wake lake, so no other boats with motors are allowed.
There is no laundry facilities so you must bring your own sheets/towels. There is a charcoal grill
and a portable fire pit.
activities and attractions in Sand Lake Michigan
The village of Sand Lake is right down the road. Laundry facilities, 2 restaurants, local tavern,
and 2 ice cream shops along with a grocery/gas station. Whitefish golf course is approx 1 1/2 miles
down the road and they have 18 holes of golf with a driving range and a great restaurant with outdoor
seating. Within 5 miles north is Pilgrims Golf course voted top 100 in Michigan.
