bed in bedroom and futon in
living room, closet, full kitchen and bathroom, wood floors, central
AC and is full of natural
light, large windows with wood shutters.
Linens and towels are provided for the guest's convenience.
Building is clean, impeccably maintained, safe with intercom access
and closed circuit camera
system, and very quiet. Unfortunately for those willing to party this
is NOT a party property and
for the safety and well being of the residents and guest of the
