located in beautiful Garden City Beach just 7 miles south of Myrtle Beach  
and 3 miles north of charming Murells Inlet, SC. The cottage is a 3 minute walk to the beach or  
about 3 blocks. The beach access is directly at the end of the street. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home  
features fully equipped kitchen, deck w/ gas grill and patio furniture, washer/dryer and flat screen  
t.v.'s in both bedrooms and living room. Sleeper sofa in living room sleeps 2, Master bedroom has  
queen bed to sleep 2, additional bedroom w/ bunk beds sleeps 2 to 3. Master bath is tile w/ shower &  
garden tub. This affordable beach gettaway is 1/2 mile from the fishing pier and restaurant   
minutes away to many other attractions in Myrtle Beach as well as surrounding areas!

Activities and Attractions

Murrells Inlet is just 2 miles south and features the famous "Marsh Walk" which is filled with all  
the best seafood restaurants and cozy  
shops, including many specialty and antique shops. The restaurants range from seafood, chinese,  
japanese, mexican, italian as well as steak houses! Deep Sea Fishing is also available in this area.  
Myrtle Beach is only a short drive from here and has many attractions such as the Hardrock Theme  
Park, Braodway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, Nascar, Shopping Outlets, Museums and much more. 
 
Other local area attractions include: Golf Cart rentals nearby, bike rentals, golfing, parasailing,  
swimming, seashell collecting, beach walking, golfing, fishing movie theatres, live theatre,  
shopping and more. 
 
The Wacatee Zoo is also only a few minutes away and features a wide array of animals and wildlife.

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season: 2009: May 1st through August 31st $800.00 per week plus tax - Towels and linens and  
soaps provided! 
 
This is a great time of year at the beach! The weather is mild, fishing is great and the restaurants  
are not crowded! Come and enjoy the beach for the Fall!  
 
  
Cleaning fee is $50.00 (Mandatory), Pet Fee* 
 
Fall and Winter: $250.00 per week or $100.00 per night W/ LINENS INCLUDED. Monthly rates available  
upon request.
