May 1-Sep 30-Weekly rental rate $1,600.00 per week + Renters Fee** Require Weekly rentals in season July & August, will consider weekend rentals, May, June, Sep. NO ONE NIGHT RENTALS.
Oct 1-Apr 30-Weekly rental rate $1,500.00 per week + Renters Fee** (Weekend rentals at $250-$275 per night)
Cleaning Fee $125.00-$175.00,  Security/Damage Deposit $500.00 (Refundable)
First Payment 50% Rental Week and Confirms reservation.
Final Payment (30 Days Prior)
If lease is signed less than 30 days prior to tenancy, all monies are due in full at lease signing.
Cancellation Policy. If notice of cancellation is received by agent more than 90 days in advance from the first day of the lease term full deposit will be refunded. If notice of cancellation is received 90 days or less days from the first day of the lease term, and you are unable to re-rent at a rental at least equal you will forfeit your deposits.  Rates subject to change.
