Spacious new single family home with heated pool and large lanai. A 20 foot open foyer leads to a
large open kitchen with breakfast bar. The dining table seats six. The living area contains a large
sectional with four recliners, and a widescreen 46" Sony TV. Two sets of sliders open from the living
room to the lanai to create a seamless blend of indoor to outdoor. The master bedroom looks out onto
the lake and pool. Birds and wildlife blend nature into the serene setting, also with a fountain in
the lake. Relax by the heated pool in one of the plush wide wicker chaise lounges. Or grab the beach
chairs and take a short ride to the beach (6 miles). Easy access to l-75 makes shopping a breeze...
with your choice of Naples, outlet stores at Miromar, or try the new shopping experience at the
Coconut Mall. An abundance of restaurants are in the area, including on site at the clubhouse.
