Vacation Rental Description

Two Bedroom, Two bath on the Colorado River. Fully furnished. Master bedroom has King size bed.  
Second bedroom has two twin beds and one full bed. Living room has queen size pull out couch. TV.in  
each bedroom plus big screen T.V.in living room. Stereo, DVD and CD player also provided.Washer,  
dryer, dishwasher, trash compactor,microwave, all linens & cooking utensils.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gated community with a dock on the river.  Also has a marina and private beach.  Observation deck on  
the river.  Private launch ramp.  Condo is across the river from the casinos and minutes away from  
Lake Mohave.

Activities and Attractions

gambling, fishing, skiing, boating, golf, shopping, movie theatre and many restaurants.

Vacation Rental Rates

$500 wk, $1200 mo., $500 security fee. Utilities paid to $100 mo.$100 non-refundable cleaning  
fee.$500 due at booking, fully refundable to within 60 days of arrival.  The booking fee will be  
applied to 1st months rent.
