the best of everything. Located only 500 feet away from the white-washed beach and just next to  
three famous golf clubs. The villa has 4 large bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms. Fully equipped  
gourmet kitchen with breakfast area. Spacious dining room, family room with wood-burning fireplace.  
Master bedroom w/private bathroom and Jacuzzi, walk-in closets and king-size bed. 3 bedrooms w/  
queen-size beds,  queen-size futon in the study and queen-size sofa sleeper in living-room.

Our beach house is located on the East shore of Lake Michigan, between South Haven and Saugatuck.  
These beach towns are renowned for their scenic beauty and unique collection of shops, restaurants  
and art galleries. We are surrounded by fruit orchards and wineries.   
Several public golf courses are also available.

Vacation Rental Rates

spring (February 1st - May 31st) - 1,500/week;  
summer season ( June 1st  - September 7th) -  $2,750/week;  
fall (September 8th - November 31st) - $1,500/week  
winter season (December 1st - January 31st) - $2,000/week 
 
Rentals are Saturday 2 PM until Saturday 11:30 AM (so we can clean for the next guest) 
50% of weekly rental rate due at time of booking.  Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  In  
addition, $500 damage deposit is due at that time and will be refunded within 30 days of end  
of rental period provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning charges, unreturned keys, or  
other policy violations.  There will also be a $150 cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival.  
Maximum Occupancy policy is 14 persons.
