Unique 1909 historical Tudor home with the condo on the entire main floor. You will feel at home and  
totally relaxed in this completely renovated condo.  
 
Big windows to enjoy the unobstructable Downtown Seattle and Elliott Bay views and be greeted with  
the morning sun! Watch for eagles that fly over the deck. Enjoy your morning Starbuck's coffee  
watching  ferry boats, tug boats, cruise ships, and sailboats cross the Bay.  
Space needle, downtown, football and baseball stadiums, mountains, and on special occasions  
fireworks from the bay. 
 
The same view is enjoyed from the entrance, living room, bedroom, dining room, and kitchen. Built  
in's  
and stainless appliances through-out. All new appliances include Viking French door frig/water  
filter  
within, gas range/confection oven, microwave, coffee brewer, toaster, Bosch dishwasher, and heated  
gas towl rack in main bath. Heated marble floors, carpet in bedroom, study area with high/speed  
internet, flat screen TV with cable/DVD player over the gas fireplace (Block Buster a short walk  
from  
location), and washer & dryer. Kitchen is stocked with all cooking and serving needs. Iron, board,  
and hair dryer supplied. Fully furnished, linens provided and coffee too! Within walking distance is  
the popular Alki Beach and Salties restaurant, with $3.00 walk on ferry to downtown Seattle next  
dock  
over from Salty's.  Ferry schedule supplied.  Ferry ride approx/7 min on water to downtown, let's  
you  
off right by Aquarium and Pike Market a short walk left (north) of aquarium.  Free busing downtown  
in  
Seattle.  Park your car rental down by water taxi for the day and avoid downtown parking $fees.   
Seattle Art Museum (SAM) is by Pike Street Market also.

Vacation Rental Rates

Minimum Stay: 3 Night minimum   Rates: $200/nt, $1100/wk June, $1200/wk July, August, and September. 
Fee includes coffee, teas, popcorn, and various goodies.  All taxesand cleaning fees are included in  
rates.
